02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Girlguiding Crieff and Comrie exists to help girls and young women develop confidence, resilience, skills and friendships through fun, adventurous and inclusive activities. We provide a safe, supportive environment where girls can learn by doing, challenge themselves, build leadership skills and make a positive difference in their communities. Our dedicated team of trained volunteers delivers weekly meetings, outdoor adventures, camps, community projects and opportunities to gain badges and awards. We welcome girls from all backgrounds and work to ensure that cost is not a barrier to taking part, helping every member reach their full potential while enjoying new experiences and lifelong friendships.
