What the charity exists to do
To hold in trust, in perpetuity, for all the people of Findhorn and Kinloss and visitors, the area of Dunes to the east of Findhorn village and to maintain the biological diversity of the area whilst maintaining public access.

Constitutional objectives
(a) To hold in trust, in perpetuity, for all the people of Findhorn and Kinloss and visitors, the area of Dunes to the east of Findhorn Village as far as the land belonging to the Ministry of Defence and from the high water mark, normal spring tides, on the Burghead Bay shore, south within the red line delineated on the map. (b) To maintain the biological diversity of the area whilst maintaining public access.
