What the charity exists to do
Families First St Andrews aims to support the social, domestic and community needs of children, young people and their families living in St Andrews and the North East Fife area, as resources permit. In furtherance of this, the Company’s objectives are: a) The prevention and/or relief of poverty. b) The advancement of health and wellbeing. c) The provision of recreational facilities and activities for children, young people and their families. d) The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship, rural isolation or other disadvantage.

Constitutional objectives
1.1.1 Families First St Andrews is a non-profit distributing Company. It shall deliver its services from its base in the St Andrews area of Fife and shall normally draw the membership from any person who is either resident or regularly employed within the town of St Andrews, and surrounding area, and who is in sympathy with the objects of the Company. so long as they continue to be eligible to become a member of the Company, whilst recognising the ability to attend meetings in person as required. 1.1.2 Families First St Andrews aims to support the social, domestic and community needs of children, young people and their families living in St Andrews and the North East Fife area, as resources permit. 1.1.3 In furtherance of this, the Company’s objects are: a) The prevention and/or relief of poverty. b) The advancement of health and wellbeing. c) The provision of recreational facilities and activities for children, young people and their families. d) The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship, rural isolation or other disadvantage.
