02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

Encourage young people to develop their skills in music and speech by participating in the annual competitive and non-competitive festival. The sections are judged by adjudicators of national standing in their discipline. Clearly, the participants strive to show the best of their abilities. In doing so, they also match the aims of schools ‘Curriculum for Excellence’.

Constitutional objectives
