Constitutional objectives
The Trustees shall apply the Trust Fund and the income deriving therefrom for the following purposes:- (1) For payment of whole expenses and charges of administering the Trust. (2) For payment of the whole or such part of the free income and the whole or such part of the capital of the Trust Fund as the Trustees may from time to time in their absolute discretion consider desirable to such individuals or such charitable institutions, societies, bodies, foundations, trusts, funds or organisations as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion select but without prejudice to the discretion of the Trustees for the following purposes for the relief of poverty, sickness and distress.
