What the charity exists to do
Provide facilities for local residents and surrounding visitors for events, meetings, parties, and any other functions requested, The Hall is available for private hire and public use.

Constitutional objectives
1. It shall encourage and promote the moral, intellectual and social welfare and recreation of the inhabitants of Kinrossie and surrounding district 2. The Hall shall be let for concerts, plays, dances, meetngs, flower shows and similar entertainments or purposes in the sole discretion of the Trustees and Committee hereinafter referred to who shall fix the rent to be charged for the use of the Hall
