02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

The Trust was set up to provide financial assistance to those undergoing a course of tuition, education or training (whether full or part time) in any of the performing, visual and literary arts. This is generally done in two different ways. We make donations to a number of educational establishments (e.g. vocational schools, further education colleges and universities) to fund bursaries for students studying in these branches of the arts. We also consider applications from, and make grants to, individuals who apply to us direct and meet our criteria for the award of such grants
