02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

As a branch of girl guiding Scotland/ Girl guiding UK, our unit aims to provide a fun, safe, and empowering space for girls aged 4-7 in the Thurso area of Northern Scotland. We help the girls in our unit to develop confidence, find their voice, learn new skills, make friends, and discover their potential through play, adventure, and challenges, empowering them to be themselves and make a positive difference in their community. We actively encourage leadership, teamwork, kindness and self-expression.
