(b) to benefit any charitable institution or institutions as the Trustees in their uncontrolled discretion may select, and (c) to implement or assist to implement any charitable purpose or purposes which the members of the Board of Trustees in their uncontrolled discretion may from time to time by Minute resolve upon.
