What the charity exists to do

The purpose of the charity is to make donations, subscriptions or grants or payments from the income and if thought fit also from the capital for charitable purposes or to such bodies or organisations established for charitable purposes as the trustees may decide with the proviso that the trustees shall give particular consideration to such bodies or organisations established for charitable purposes situated in Pittenweem, Fife and the surrounding district.

Constitutional objectives

Two: To hold, manage and administer the Trust estate as a Charitable Trust for the purpose of making such donations, subscriptions or grants or payments from the income and if thought fit also from the capital for charitable purposes or to such bodies or organisations established for charitable purposes only as the Trustees may decide with the proviso that the Trustees shall give particular consideration to such bodies or organisations established for charitable purposes situated in Pittenweem, Fife and the surrounding district thereof Declaring that the Trustees shall have sole discretion as to which of the beneficiaries shall benefit from time to time and in what manner or way and to payout the whole of the income of the Trust estate in any year or to carry it forward in whole or in part to later years.
