What the charity exists to do

Recycle to Cycle, also known as The Bike Station, is set up to improve mental and physical health, advance education, and protect the environment by promoting cycling as an accessible and sustainable form of transport. The charity does this by providing affordable access to refurbished bicycles, delivering cycle training and maintenance education, and offering inclusive programmes that support people of all ages and backgrounds to cycle safely and confidently. It operates community bike hubs where the public can access repair services, training sessions, workshops, and events. Through these activities, the charity reduces transport barriers, supports wellbeing, builds practical skills, and encourages low-carbon travel for public benefit.
