What the charity exists to do
The band provides an opportunity for musicians at all ages and stages to play together in a Brass Band. The Band also regularly performs at concerts and events for the benefit of the larger community.

Constitutional objectives
The objectives of the Band shall be: 2.2.1. to advance the education of the public in the art of music and in particular brass band instrumental music and the musical arts in general by the presentation of public performances and other related activities and in furtherance thereof. 2.2.2. to encourage and promote youth development within the Band. through providing suitable musical and instrumental tuition.
