02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

Inverness Culloden Rotary Club are part of an international charitable organisation called Rotary International, which was set up more than 100 years ago to provide fellowship to members and service to the public. Notable Rotary International projects include Polio Plus for the eradication of polio worldwide, the advancement of health education and sanitation in the developing world and responding to natural disasters with relief aid. Inverness Culloden club is active in the local community, runs the Inverness city Santa sleigh throughout each December and disburses financial donations to a wide variety of small local charities.
