Constitutional objectives
1. For payment out of income or capital of all expenses arising out of or incidental to the creation or administration of the Trust hereby created. (Two) The Trust Fund shall be held for the public benefit for charitable purposes only (within the meaning assigned thereto in Section 505 of 506 of the Income and Corporation TaxesAct 1988) in order to advance the Christian religion. by promoting ecumenical involvement between individuals, congregations and communities both in the United Kingdom and elsewhere in an effort to provide and support educational opportunities with a view to improving the conditions of life of said inhabitants, congregations and communities.
