02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

The Object of the cub is to enhance the education of the public un the history and heritage of Galashies. In the winter the club holds a series of lectures on subjects related to Galashiels and other areas of the Borders. In the summer there is series of visits and walks in Gala and the surrounding area. Annually there is a exhibition held at the local museum.
