To provide a safe and happy environment for the young people within the Grange school catchment area, thereby improving the conditions of life and their physical and mental health so that they grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.

Constitutional objectives
To promote the benefit of young people i thearea covered by the Grange Primary School in Bo'ness by associating the local and sta ory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advan education and to provide or promote the provision of facilities, in the interests of social welf re, for recreation and other leisure time occupation thereby improving the conditions af life o f the aforementioned young people and developing their physical, mental and spiritual capaqkies so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society
