02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
FoBR is set up to conserve and promote responsible use of the environment of the Corbett that is Ben Rinnes. Our focus is to ensure that the main access path to the summit is maintained in such a way that it encourages users to remain on the path to prevent erosion and damage to the environs of the hill. This is done through a series of volunteer path maintenance days throughout the year and when necessary contracting in professional path contractors.

Constitutional objectives
1.To promote and conserve the landscape of Ben Rinnes (the hill). 2 With theconsent of the land owners promote and instigate study and research in the relevant fields of interest relating to the use, geology, flora and fauna of Ben Rinnes.
