What the charity exists to do
The charitable purposes are the advancement of education, advancement of health and advancement of public participation in sport. Activities include structured gymnastics coaching, recreational classes, performance training, camps, and community programmes. The club provides public benefit by offering inclusive gymnastics opportunities, promoting physical wellbeing, confidence and participation in sport.

Constitutional objectives
To benefit the inhabitants of the City of Dundee and the county of Angus (being the persons for whom the aftermentioned training and facilities are primarily but not wholly intended) by providing, or assisting in the provision of training and facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation in- the interest of social welfare and in an effort to improve their conditions of life.
