02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
To advance the education of the public in the Arts and in particular the art of orchestral music by the teaching of music and musical techniques and the presentation of concerts and other related activities. Participation in concerts run by the orchestra in local venues throughout central Scotland over the year. Provide free musical tuition to anyone via a weekly learner’s class from the orchestra’s practice venue. Provide musical tuition within the orchestra via twice weekly rehearsals
