02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Set up to record and catalogue the heritage of the Hoy Kirk and the community in Hoy. We have a permanent display in the Kirk of local heritage open 365 days per year and have an interactive website to reflect this.

Constitutional objectives
To advance the education of the public in Orkney and elsewhere, in the history of Hoy Kirk and the historical cultural and social development of the local community, For the Hoy Kirk building to be used as a community resource, including religious occasions, musical events, craft workshops, museum's exhbitions and social functions for the community.
