02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We facilitate community cohesion for the inhabitants of Brydekirk and the surrounding land. This is achieved through encouraging villagers to come together at the regular events and to utilise the Hall facilities.

Constitutional objectives
a) To maintain and improve the facilities at Brydekirk Village Hall & Playing Field, together with the wider environment of Brydekirk Village & District, by securing appropriate funding. b) To encourage better community participation and cohesion through the organisation of community events at the Village Hall & Playing Field, and by giving villagers the opportunity to put forward ideas. c) To ensure that there are no barriers to participation on the grounds of age, sex, ethnicity, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or religious beliefs
