02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

Lunnasting Public Hall is set up to provide a community facility for the benefit of people living in Lunnasting and the surrounding area. The hall provides a safe, accessible and welcoming place for local people to meet, socialise and take part in activities and events. We make the hall available for a range of community, social, recreational and other activities, including meetings, clubs, classes, celebrations and local events. We manage and maintain the hall and its facilities so that they remain available for use by the local community. The hall is also available for hire by individuals and organisations where appropriate.
