Constitutional objectives
“The company's objects are:- 1) To relieve the needs of the residents of Lanarkshire ('the Operating Area') in particular the elderly and people suffering from any mental or physical disability, illness or impairment by encouraging, supporting and/ or assisting such individuals to have their homes adapted, repaired and/ or upgraded to meet their needs all with a view to improving their conditions of life 2) To advance education, and in particular to raise awareness among the general public of issues relating to the welfare of the elderly and people suffering from any mental or physical disability, illness or impairment. 3) To promote, establish, operate and/ or support other charitable projects and initiatives for the benefit of residents of the Operating Area.”
