4 The aims of ASA shall be to advance the education of and promote the welfare of children and adults with a physical, sensory or learning disability by promoting the provision of facilities to enable disabled people to participate in sport and other physical recreation, in the interest of social welfare, so that their conditions of life may be improved.”
