Constitutional objectives
(1) Support for the Arts and for performers in needy circumstances. (2) Support for the national heritage of the United Kingdom by the funding of organisations concerned with the restoration and preservation of historically important buildings and the restoration and preservation of natural habitats. (3) Support of religious organisations both as to their infrastructure and the good works conducted by them. (4) Care and support for the elderly and infirm. (5) Care and support for the homeless. (6) Care and support for ex-Servicemen and women. (7) Education and support of children. (8) Research into the prevention, treatment and cure of medical conditions or diseases. (9) Welfare and support to individuals suffering from medical conditions or diseases. (10) Welfare of, and the prevention of cruelty to, animals. (11) To confer benefit on such one or more Charitable Institution or Institutions other than those defined in terms of clause 2.1 hereof as the Trustees may in their uncontrolled discretion select from time to time. (12) To implement or assist in implementing any Charitable purpose or Charitable purposes which the Trustees in their uncontrolled discretion may from time to time by minute resolve upon.
