02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
It aims to be a place where young people and staff work together in a spirit of trust, mutual respect and co-operation, and, by investing in people and setting high standards, individuals and teams develop their full potential in learning and development. Kibbleworks offer work-based learning, where young people can work towards qualifications, such as SQA or City and Guilds at its’ Skills Academy.
