02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
To take redundant IT equipment and either refurbish it to provide quality computer systems to groups or individuals who would otherwise be excluded from these items or, where it is not possible ,to ensure that times are recycled in the most environmentally friendly way.

Constitutional objectives
(i) (a) To promote for the benefit of the public the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment. and (b) To advance education for the public benefit. (c) To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Moray and its environs without distinction of sex, sexuality, political, religious or other opinions by associating the local statutory authorities, voluntary organizations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities, or assist in the provision of facilities, in the interest of social welfare for recreation and other leisure-time occupation so that their conditions of life may be improved. (ii) In furtherance thereof, but not otherwise, the company shall seek: (a) To prevent unwanted computers, mobile phones, print ink cartridges and related technology forms being a wasteful storage problem, or from being disposed of unnecessarily into landfill. (b) To recycle unusable components and related materials in an environmentally sound way. (c) To actively encourage members of the community to be environmentally aware and to promote good practice in environmental matters. (d) To provide access to Information Communication Technology and associated training appropriate to the needs of the community (e) To enable community/voluntary/charitable groups and individuals who may be socially, physically, mentally, educationally, economically or geographically disadvantaged to access Information Communication Technology appropriate to their needs. (f) To provide opportunities for volunteers to contribute their skills to the community. (g) To provide skills training for groups and individuals who may be socially or economically disadvantaged.
