02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The charity is set up to meet the needs identified by the community of Boghall and surrounding areas. This may take many forms and will be aimed across the life stages: this could be youth clubs for children or activities for elderly. The charity also deliveries services that help tackle food poverty and help with the pressures those facing the cost of living crisis. To meet the needs of the community the charity works with its services users and service providing agencies to target activities/services that will enhance and improve the lives of those in our community.

Constitutional objectives
4. The company's objects are: to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Boghall and its environs (the Area of Benefit) without distinction of sex, sexuality, political, religious or other opinions by associating the local statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities, or assist in the provision of facilities, in the interest of social welfare for recreation and other leisure-time occupation so that their conditions of life may be improved. ii to relieve poverty, in particular amongst the residents of the Area of Benefit, in such ways as may be thought fit. iii to promote the advancement of education amongst the residents of the Area of Benefit in such ways as are charitable in law. and iv to promote and further good health of the residents of the Area of Benefit and to promote, establish, operate and/or support other projects of a charitable nature for the benefit of the residents of the Area of Benefit thereby fostering a community spirit.
