02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
To provide full time affordable professional childcare and early learning for 0-5 yr olds, 8.00am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, throughout the year. The service's aims include: 'Provide a relaxed, happy, caring and secure environment which encourages each child to reach their full potential, make learning opportunities imaginative, exciting and relevant, provide opportunities for children to grow in confidence, develop positive attitudes and a responsibility for themselves.' The impact of our activities: At Cairndow Community Childcare we believe that every day is a learning day, our staff are trained to find valuable learning experiences for our children everywhere we look.
