The advancement of the physical education of Orkney residents under the age of Twenty five years irrespective of whether they are undergoing formal education by encouraging such persons to participate in healthy physical recreation and healthy physical sport so as to ensure that due attention is given to the physical education and development of such persons. The advancement of education of Orkney residents under the age of Twenty five years in the Arts, irrespective of whether they are undergoing formal education, by encouraging such persons to understand and obtain greater knowledge of standards of performance and appreciation of the Arts including crafts, dance, drama, literature, music and visual arts.
