02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We: maintain ornamental flower-beds and shrubberies, clear up litter, hold small-scale events such as moth-trapping, commission artworks and sculptures for the Glen. Every other year we illuminate the Glen as a public event, this is next due in 2026. We manage habitat for two nationally rare species, one plant and one butterfly. The aim is to maintain the Glen as a safe, attractive and bio-diverse space for the people of Clackmannanshire and beyond.
