The Trust is established for charitable purposes only within the meaning assigned thereto by the Law of Scotland for the time being in force in order to relieve the poverty and advance the education of the students of the Grove Academy or for any other charitable purpose for the benefit of the students (hereinafter called 'the Purposes').
