What the charity exists to do
To help the people of Dundee understand the Park was created for them, belongs to them and is therefore Their Park. We arrange events to get moee people into the Park for longer periods of times.

Constitutional objectives
(a) To promote the preservation, maintenance and improvement of Baxter Park for the benefit of the public by associating the local authorities and inhabitants in a common effort to provide such facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the objects of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants. (b) To promote the conservation of the natural plant, animal and bird life in the park. (c) To advance the education of the public in the history and natural history of the park. The Association shall be non-party in politics and non-sectarian in religion.
