02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Comunn Eachdraidh Eige runs and manages the Cleadale Museum of Crofting life, and looks after its comprehensive photographic archive., showing a selection of it to Eigg visitors on a regular basis. It is also active in the understanding and preservation of the isle of Eigg built heritage and organises yearly exhibitions in St Columba's church on themes pertinent to the isle of Eigg history.
