02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The Panel works towards removal of physical. environmental, attitudinal, and organisational barriers to access for all in South and West Aberdeenshire. Development of skills for Panel Memvbers to work as equal partners, with Aberdeenshire Council Planning Department and Cairngorms National Park Planning Department reps and other professional in our area. To meet the needs of Disabled people though promotion of Access to public buildings, e.g. shops, public buildings, holiday accommodation.

Constitutional objectives
The objects of the Panel are to meet the needs of disabled persons through the promotion of access to all public buildings, areas and facilities in the district of Aberdeenshire south, in association with statutory, voluntary and other agencies.
