Constitutional objectives

To advance education, training or retraining, particularly among unemployed people or those suffering from physical or mental illness or other forms od disability or condition of need, by the provision of services, employment opportunities, training, support and development of all kinds to such individuals or to such voluntary charitable or community organisations, businesses and companies seeking to meet the needs of individuals To relieve poverty in such ways as may be thought fit To promote for the benefit of the public the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment by promoting sustainable waste management practice and the encouragement of the re-use of surplus resources of every kind, including (without prejudice to the foregoing generality) domestic, office and commercial furniture, electoral and electronic appliances and other equipment, whether or not of the same description or nature and, in furtherance thereof, to act as a link between those with surplus resources and those in need of such resources and to associate and collaborate with individuals, voluntary charitable or community organisations and local, public or central authorities
