What the charity exists to do

The Trustees to hold the residue of the estate in trust for the benefit of (a) THE MARIE CURIE CANCER CARE.. (b)THE BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION. (c) MACMILLAN CANCER RELIEF for the education, maintenance or support of MACMILLAN NURSES. and (d) THE PERTHSHIRE ABANDONED DOGS SOCIETY and to make over the annual income from the residue of the estate to these Charities. Declaring that the Trustees shall have an absolute and unfettered discretion to determine the exact proportions in which the said income is to be made over.

(c) MACMILLAN CANCER RELIEF, charity Number 261 01 7. 9 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh, EHI 2DP for the education, maintenance or support of MACMILLAN NURSES. and (d) THE PERTHSHIRE ABANDONED DOGS SOCIETY, Charity Number SC011033, Forteviot Kennels, Forteviot, Perthshire, PH2 9BS and to make over the annual income from the residue of my estate to these Charities. Declaring that the Trustees shall have an absolute and unfettered discretion to determine the exact proportions in which the said income is to be made over.
