4 The company has been formed to benefit the community of NEILSTON which comprises the area contained by all G783 postcodes (“the Community”) with the following objects: (1) The advancement of community development including the advancement of urban and rural regeneration (2) The advancement of citizenship and community development (3) The advancement of environmental protection and improvement, (4) The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage (5) Any other purpose that may reasonably be regarded as analogous to any of the preceding purposes But only to the extent that the above purposes are consistent with furthering the achievement of sustainable development
