02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

Our charity is set up to run a village hall for the community by putting on various fundraising events, hosting a community cafe, providing a space for various keep fit classes, art/book/wildlife groups and to provide a space for people to hire for parties/get togethers etc

Constitutional objectives

The said subjects and the building erected or to be erected thereon (hereinafter referred to as the 'Trust Subjects') are dedicated and shall be held by us and our respective successors in office as trustees for the purpose of physical and mental training and recreation and social moral and intellectual development through the medium of reading and recreation rooms, library, lectures, classes, recreations and entertainments or otherwise as may be found expedient, of the inhabitants of that part of the Parish of Auldearn lying within a radius of three miles from the trust subjects and of that part of the Parish of Auldearn lying North of the river Findhorn
