02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
The charity owns and manages the Milton of Campsie Village Hall and provides this facility for local residents and organisations to hire for their own events, meetings and gatherings. A team of Trustees and volunteers manage systems, processes and maintenance of the building. The charity is not-for-profit and all proceeds are used in the maintenance of the charities' systems and process and in the upkeep of the Hall.

Constitutional objectives
T objects of the Trust shall be to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Milton of Campsie and its environs without distinction of sex, sexuality, political, religious or other opinions by associating the local statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities, or assist in the provision of facilities, in the interest of social welfare for recreation and other leisure time occupation so that their conditions of life may be improved
