What the charity exists to do
To counsel, advise and encourage the Kurdish community in Scotland to improve upon their educational levels and training skills in order to enable them to effectively contribute to the social and economic efforts in their local community: to promote life of the Kurds in Edinburg/Scotland, to support all the Kurdish community and especially the families to cope with and overcome the everyday demands of contemporary society with regards to their rights and obligations within the laws of the UK., to do other local charitable activities.

Constitutional objectives
To counsel, advise and encourage the Kurdish Community in Scotland to improve upon their educational levels and training skills in order to enable them to effectively contribute to the social and economic efforts in their local community. To provide the Community members with a referral service to enable them to be linked with appropriate specialised agencies and competent authorities for the resolution of their housing, health, training, employment and general welfare problems. To support all the Kurdish Community and especially the families to cope with and overcome the everyday demands of contemporary society with regards to their rights and obligations within the laws of the UK. To promote life of the Kurds in Edinburgh/Scotland regardless of their sex, political, religious, or other opinion. To contact the local authorities, voluntary organisations and local people to advance education and provide recreational and leisure-time occupations. To do any other local charitable activities by becoming involved in local community activities.
