The trustees must apply the income of the charity in the following manner: for the payment of a bursary or bursaries to pupils of limited means (of limited means to be determined as pupils who are in receipt of the current local authority clothing grant or its equivalent), of Vale of Leven Academy (or its successor school should the Vale of Leven Academy cease to exist, the successor school being determined by the Director of Education and Cultural Services for West Dumbartonshire Council, or his successor), studying Business Studies (or the equivalent course) and who intend continuing these studies at a University.
