The charity aims to safeguard the rights of vulnerable adults throughout Central Fife.

Constitutional objectives
The aims of the Group will be: 1. To strengthen communities, raise awareness, promote and safeguard the rights of vulnerable people in Central Fife, aged 16 or above, who are affected by disability, chronic illness, or mental disorder and are unable to safeguard their own wellbeing, rights, care or other interests. 2. To provide independent citizen's advocacy for vulnerable adults (as defined in point 2.1.1above) within Central Fife in order that they have the opportunity to have a citizen advocate. 3. To recruit, prepare and support individuals who give freely of their time to become advocates. 4. To enable all advocate partners to have opportunities for involvement in all aspects of society and particularly in decision making regarding their own life. 5. To educate and inform the community of people's rights to fair and equal treatment.
