02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
We are an athletics league for under 15 athletes covering the Forth Valley area. Three matches are held throughout the summer months (April to August) to encourage young athletes to develop their fitness and athletic skills in a relaxed and friendly environment. The emphasis is on fun, learning and participation. We also encourage adults to train and become involved in officiating.

Constitutional objectives
To encourage youngsters to actively participate irrespective of their ability in athletic activities (whether in a team /individual setting) where the emphasis is on having fun whilst trying to improve the individual's health /fitness levels a.To promote athletics as a family sport through the provision of encouraging Parents to volunteer as officials during the events under the guidance of qualified UK Athletic Officials & ultimately become qualified officials themselves b.To help member clubs make all forms of athletics as attractive as possible through the promotion of competition and such other activity as the member clubs consider it worthwhile to promote.
