What the charity exists to do
The Trustees review charitable causes worthwhile of the Trustees' support and intend to make donations soon. The Trustees plan to build up the charitable trust's funds through receipt of gift aid donations from the Trust's principal donor.

Constitutional objectives

In exercising their Qscretisn in terms of this Clause the Trustees shall give primary consideration to the wishes of those persons who gift or lend funds to the Trust but this proviso shall impose no binding obligation on the Trustees.
