02 Purpose and work

What the charity exists to do

We comprise 16 groups as part of Scouts Scotland, catering for 450 boys and girls aged 4-14 across the central highlands of Scotland. The district also operates 4 Explorer units, catering for around 75 14-18 year olds. To support this, we have an enthusiastic adult leadership team, numbering nearly 180 in 2024.
