To provide a range of high quality, flexible, affordable and accessible childcare services to families in North Lanarkshire for the purposes of : 1.The advancement of education, through providing children aged birth to 16 years with valuable play and learning opportunities in a safe, stimulating, friendly and supportive environment. 2. The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended.
