02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
To manage funds in accordance with the wishes of Mrs Elizabeth M Simpson, to benefit the spiritual and material need of the youth of the Irvine Valley Parish Church area and maintain the buildings set aside for worship purposes. The disimbursement of of funds to causes, individuals or orgnisations which the Trustees consider would maintain or spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. T invest any funds not immediately required for these activities.

Constitutional objectives
(a) For the propagation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. (b) For the relief of spiritual and material need 1(c) The disbursement, from time to time, of funds to causes, individuals or organizations which the Trustees consider would help to maintain or extend God's Kingdom (without geographical limitation) whether for spiritual or material purposes, all at the discretion of the Trustees. 2. The expenses of creating and administering the Trust, and any tax payable in relation to the Trust, shall be met in priority to all other payments and transfers of assets out of the Trust Property. 3. Any heritable property belonging to the Trust shall be vested in the Trustees and their successors in office for the time being who shall be entitled to exercise the powers as provided herein in respect of such heritable property including, without prejudice to said generality, power to sell or obtain funding on security of such heritable property.
