02 Purpose and work
What the charity exists to do
Men In Childcare was established to tackle the under-representation of men within the childcare and primary education sector in Scotland, and promote the benefits of male role models in an early years setting. After many years of running successful programs of education, we have now moved to promoting what we have learned both locally, with the Scottish Government, and on the wider stage, through participation in International conferences and seminars.
