What the charity exists to do
The charity aims to provide a high quality, modern facility (the Dickson Memorial Hall) for use by the Church and the wider community. The Hall is made made available for hire by local groups and individuals at affordable rates. Income from hires, and from fund raising activities, help with the running costs of the Hall.

Constitutional objectives
The Hall shall be used for the benefit of the Congregation of Laurencekirk Parish Church and the wider community of the Christian Church for religious purposes as determined by the Minister. 2. The hall may be used for other purposes consistent with the contemporary life. activities, ethos and character of the Congregation and Church determined by the Kirk Session including concerts, dancing and forms of entertainment which cause the damage to the fabric and furniture of the hall
